► 商品如有未檢查到之瑕疵
► 運送時造成的損壞

換貨
► 未使用、未開封(原為密封商品、包裝完整商品)
以上狀況若想更換其他商品請於收到商品三日內與我們聯絡

商品瑕疵
► 請於收到商品三日內提供商品瑕疵照片,確認為瑕疵商品可選擇換貨、退款
     換貨:瑕疵商品寄回後確認無誤後將寄出換貨
     退款:瑕疵商品寄回後確認無誤後將於二日內退款

► 每部電腦皆有色差,敬請以實物為準
► 手工測量尺寸 1~2cm 誤差為正常範圍
► 個人衛生用品,為保障消費者衛生安全,"一經拆封" 恕不接受退換貨

Returns

* Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your receive the goods, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
* To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
* To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
* You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

* Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
* If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
* Late or missing Refunds
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Exchange

* If you are shipping an item over €50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
* We do not accept exchange of personal hygiene products like razors, etc.
